  Shady dealings all around with less than up-to-date tech. To begin, a lot of links on their outdated site are broken, including a lot of the support information and reviews of them. Their support is terrible, and they apparently store passwords in plaintext since they EMAIL you your own password without asking. Dealing with them is a pain, and I hope to be rid of them as soon as possible.
